间断式性交法，主要是在性交过程中出现射精预感时，立即停止阴茎的抽插，把阴茎留在阴道内。女性在性兴奋时阴道扩张，阴茎头没有接触阴道壁，可以降低龟头的刺激而降低性兴奋，等到射精预感完全消失，再进行性交活动。如此反复间断式性交，可以防止早泄。
2、物理疗法
此外，还可以使用物理疗法。比如腰骶部超短波透热疗法、温水浴、矿泉浴等也可辅助治疗，效果明显。大家可以根据个人喜好选择以上物理疗法，进行治疗。但任何一种治疗方法，都需要长期坚持，才会有效果。
